摘要
为了便于爆破参数选择,建立了矿岩爆破破碎性能影响因素指标体系,应用AHP层次分析法进行定量化分析。结果表明,矿岩的弹性模量、抗压强度、抗拉强度、摩擦角、粘结力为最主要影响因素,权重均为7.93%;炸药威力、猛度(7.04%),炮孔排距、孔底距、一次炸药单耗(6.73%)次之;炮孔偏斜率、超深欠深(2.77%)及矿岩容重(2.54%)影响较小。这为爆破参数选择和爆破设计提供了科学的理论依据。
In order choose the explosion parameters easily, the index system, about explosion and crash properties on stone and mine, was established, and the analytical hierarchy process was used to analyze. The results show that, the modulus of elasticity, compressive strength, tensile strength, friction angle, bond strength are the most important influence facters with the weight of 7.93%. The power and sudden character of dynamite( weight: 7.04% ) , as well as, the rows space and depth of holes and once consume of dynamite (weight :6.73% ) ,take second place. The influences of the decline ratio, depth error (weight: 2.77% ) and volume to weight ratio (weight:2.54%) are lesser. This has provided the powerful theory basis for choosing the parameters and design of explosion.
