Industry 4.0 and Transformation and Upgrading of Chinese Automobile Industry

摘要 汽车产业作为德国先进工业技术的代表,已成为实践其工业4.0这一国家战略的前沿阵地。德国汽车业基于大数据和物联网的智能制造系统正在成为现实,新能源、新材料的研发和应用加速推进,新一轮科技革命和产业变革孕育着重大突破。在此背景下,如何适应全球能源结构迅速变动、国际竞争加剧、商业模式创新不断涌现、汽车消费观念逐渐转变的新形势,克服自主品牌乘用车面临外资品牌的挤压式竞争、国内市场占有率有所回落、整车出口乏力、关键零部件创新能力不足、产业链不完善、品牌溢价能力弱等困难和挑战,实现我国汽车产业的转型升级已日显重要和紧迫,建议加大力度做好电动汽车、车联网等快速发展所需要的基础设施,细化政策措施鼓励发展混合动力车,坚持开放创新战略,鼓励中外合资进行关键零部件研发和制造,支持汽车企业对外投资以扩大市场、带动零部件出口,促进汽车产业商业模式创新。 At the present, a new round of technological change and industrial revolution is incubating a major break- through. The concept of industrial 4 proposed by Germany has turned into a national strategy and attracted the world's attention. It is a reality in Germany's automobile industry, that the intelligent manufacturing system based on Big Data and Cyber-physical Systems has been put into use, and the process of research and application of new energy and new materials is accelerating. In this context, the government of China has introduced a number of incentive policies to promote the transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry in the past few years. As a result Chinese auto industry has achieved steady growth in production and sales, but there are much difficulties faced by the domestic brand cars, including the oppressive competition from their foreign counterparts, the dropping domestic market share and the exports challenges. With the rapid change of the global energy struc- ture, the emergence of new business model, and the gradual transformation of the automobile consumption value, Chinese auto- mobile industry must solve the problems such as lack of innovation ability of key parts, the imperfection of the industrial chain and the weakness of brand ability. Thus it is helpful to improve the infrastructure of electric vehicles and car involved networking, to formulate policies and measures to encourage the development of hybrid vehicles, to guide foreign joint venture to develop and manufacture key parts and components, and to encourage the firms to fulfill business model innovation.
