摘要
目的建立成都市饮用水安全与健康风险评价方法。方法采用现场调查和实验室分析方法,对成都市饮用水污染和水性疾病现状进行调查分析,应用健康风险评估模型对饮用水中主要危害指标进行健康风险评估。结果建立了成都市饮用水污染因素监测网络,获得了部分毒理指标和消毒副产物经饮水途径暴露的致癌风险水平和非致癌风险水平。结论形成饮用水安全风险管理基本技术思路,成功应对多起饮水污染突发事件。
Objective To establish a method for drinking water security and health-based risk evaluation. Methods On-thespot investigation and laboratory analysis were employed to understand Chengdu status of drinking-water contamination and water-borne infections among the habitants. An assessment model was applied to evaluate the health-based risk of the main contaminants in drinking water. Results We established a surveillance network for drinking-water contamination in Chengdu, and obtained the cancerous and non-cancerous risk levels of exposure, via drinking-water, to a majority of contaminants which belonged to either "toxicological indicators" or "disinfection by-products" in the Standard for Drinking Water Quality. Conclusion A basic technology routine was constructed, and was successfully used in dealing with several drinking-water pollution emergencies.
