高镍铸铁具有良好的抗熔磨性、抗氧化性、耐腐蚀性,其优秀的物理及力学性能使其在发动机领域得到广泛应用,此文从高镍铸铁材料的发展、发动机核心部件活塞、缸体及气缸盖的工作状态及用材,概述了高镍铸铁材料的优异性及其在发动机中的应用,对于发动机的生产实践具有重要的意义。
High Ni cast iron has good resistance to melt grinding, oxidation and corrosion. What make it widely used in the field of engine is its excellent physical and mechanical properties. This article is a summary of the advantages of high-nickel cast iron materials and its application in the engine, it is in several ways: the development of high-nickel cast iron materials, engine piston , the materials and working state of the cylinder block and cylinder head , it is of great significance to the production of the engine.
