摘要
渗铝基本上是在上世纪末和本世纪初发展起来的一种化学热处理工艺,它既可以提高基体材料的抗高温氧化性能,还能提高基体材料在一些酸、碱或含硫等介质中的耐蚀性能。渗铝工艺在工业上已得到广泛应用,如用于汽车排气管、公路护栏等耐蚀件,换热器、燃烧器、吹氧管、退火罐等耐热件。针对目前国内外铸铁渗铝的研究进展进行了综述,对渗铝工艺、渗铝层的组织与相成分、渗层的形成过程及其性能和影响因素等进行了讨论,着重对热浸渗铝工艺进行了介绍。
Aluminizing process, which is a kind of chemical heat treatment, is developed from the beginning of this century. It can not only improve the oxidation resistance at high temperature, but also improve the corrosion resistance in acid, alkali or sulfur. Therefore, aluminizing process is extensively used in the industry, such as discharge pipe of automobile, safeguards of road, heat exchanger, and so on. The recent research progress on the aluminizing process of cast iron is summarized. The aluminizing process, the microstructure and phase of aluminizing layer, together with formation process, properties, influencing factors of the aluminizing layer, are discussed with the emphasis on hot-dip aluminizing process.
