摘要
该文通过深入分析实验技术人员存在的问题，提出了实验技术人员综合素质培养的必要性及其表现形式，探讨研究了提高实验技术人员综合素质的主要途径。
To cultivate all- round developed high- quality talents in universities, there must have a high- quality experimental technical team. The necessity and expression of the cultivation of comprehensive quality for laboratory personnel are analyzed. The main methods to enhance the comprehensive quality for laboratory personnel are proposed.
