摘要
制定了数控五轴加工中心加工格林森弧齿锥齿轮齿形的工艺卡,详细叙述了使用CAM软件UG对格林森弧齿锥齿轮齿形数控加工自动编程的全过程,经仿真加工和精度检测,验证了刀轨的准确性,输出了齿轮的CLSF程序,论证了数控五轴加工中心加工格林森弧齿锥齿轮齿形的可行性,形成了加工范例,为特殊结构齿轮的齿形加工开拓了加工方法.
Gleason spriral bevel gear profile processing card is finished on 5-axis machining center, and the automatic NC programming of UG for the process of Gleason spriral bevel Profile is described in details, through the simulation and detection of accuracy grade, the accuracy of tool path is verified, the CLSF program is output, the possibility of using 5-axis machining center to shape Gleason spriral bevel gear profile is proved, a processing example is formed, and the methods of special structure gear profile processing is developed.
