摘要
对变速比循环球式转向器齿条齿扇传动副的啮合问题进行了系统的探讨。分析了变速比特性、啮合线、啮合面、啮合范围、变速比齿扇齿形、齿廓面、啮合特点及界限与干涉等,并结合实例进行了计算;对实际生产中遇到的现象给出了理论解释。
The meshing between the rack on ball nut and the gear sector on stub shaft in ballrecirculating steering gear with variable ratio is discussed systematically.And the variable ratiocharacteristic,the path of contact,the range of engagement,the flanks of gear sector,thepattern of gearing,the limitations and interferences associated with d riving and cutting arestudied separately.Moreover,the theory is applied to an actual example,with some valuableresults presented.
