摘要
为了创建符合机床自身要求的后置处理器,以MAC-BCHT150五轴联动数控机床为研究对象,详细介绍了基于UG软件的符合该机床要求的后置处理器开发过程。以S件加工为例,验证了经过后置处理器处理的NC代码的正确性和可行性。
In order to create a post-processor that meets the requirements of the machine tool itself,taking the MAC-BCHT150 five-axle CNC machine tool as the research object, introduced in detail the development process of post-processor that meet the requirements of this machine tool based on UG software. Taking machining of S piece as an example, the correctness and feasibility of NC code processed by post-processor were verified.
