摘要
供电能力和可靠性是配电网规划、建设项目决策科学化,减少决策失误,保障规划项目顺利实施的重要手段。在坚强智能电网的框架下,建立合理的配电网供电可靠性评估体系,加大智能配电网的实用分析研究,使配电网朝着既可靠又经济的方向前进,是新形势下电网规划建设中亟需解决的问题。通过对可靠性指标、控制的理论算法和实施流程进行分解与建模,构建一套配电网供电可靠性的预测评估模型,并通过灵敏度分析找出对供电可靠性影响最大的薄弱环节,为电网建设与改造提供依据,提高电网可靠性分析、控制、管理和信息化水平。
Capability and reliability of power supply is an important means for distribution network planning, scientific decision-making of construction projects, decision-making mistakes reduction and smooth implementation of planning projects. In the solid framework of the smart grid,establishing a reasonable reliability evaluation system for distribution network and increasing the analysis research of smart grids to make it more reliable and economic is an urgent issue to be resolved in the construction of power grids. Through decomposing and modeling of reliability index, control algorithm and implementation process, this paper constructs a set of prediction and evaluation model for power supply reliability of distribution network and finds out the biggest influencing factor on the reliability of power supply through sensitivity analysis,providing a basis for power grid construction and transformation and improving grid reliability analysis, control, management and information level.
