混合法在复杂配电网可靠性评估中的应用 被引量:79

摘要 在配电网可靠性评估中,一直以来都采用期望值作为可靠性指标,它代表了系统的整体变化趋势,然而却不能反应各类指标的更具体的分布信息。该文以停电次数、停电时间的概率分布来反应配网可靠性指标,并将这些指标与原有的平均值指标相结合作为配网可靠性指标;提出了以模拟法为基础并结合解析法,对复杂配电网络进行可靠性评估的方法。该方法先将复杂网络按照网络等值简化的解析方法简化成简单的主馈线系统,然后再对简化后的主馈线系统利用模拟法得到各负荷点的可靠性概率分布指标。这些概率分布指标的获得,丰富了系统可靠性水平的信息。文末的实例佐证了这些方法的有效性。 At all times, the expectations are used as the reliability indices in distribution system. They show the whole tendency, however, they aren't able to indicate the distributing information of the various indices. The probability distributing of the interrupt frequency & interrupt duration, indicating the reliability indices, is introduced in this paper. The simulation method together with the analytic method is presented to the reliability evaluation of the complex distribution system. These probability distributing indices enrich the reliability information of the distribution system. An instance is also given to testify the validity in this paper.
