摘要
提出一种配电网重构模型的动态规划算法。计及电压、容量以及负荷均衡等约束,给出了配电网重构的数学模型。动态规划是求解多阶段决策过程最优化的有效数学方法,文中诠释了动态规划基本概念如:阶段、状态、决策、策略、指标函数等在配电网重构中的具体内涵,在此基础上给出了配电网重构的动态规划算法。利用定义的开关有效组合、增益以及降维方法,可大大降低元件的组合数,提高计算效率。应用所提出的算法对IEEE 33 节点、69 节点以及一实际工程算例进行了网络重构,给出了文中方法与其它方法的比较以及重构前后系统节点电压、网损的比较,重构结果显示了所提算法的正确性、可行性以及工程实用性。
The reconfiguration of electrical distribution networks(REDNs) is formulated as a complex, large-scale combinatorial optimization problem. The mathematical model of REDN is proposed and it takes into account the restrictions such as voltage, capacity, load balance and etc.. The concepts about DP such as state, decision-making, strategy, course, index function, etc. are introduced and the DP algorithm for REDN is deduced. The concepts of effective-combination and benefit are defined. The method of reducing-dimensions can sharply lessen the number of combination states, and can improve the calculation efficiency. The proposed algorithm is applied to the IEEE 33-node, 69-node and practical engineering EDNs, and the results of voltage and system loss are compared with those obtained from some other methods, which show the accuracy, feasibility and engineering practicality.
