摘要
目的观察抗癌方有效部位群对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法通过S180荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能试验、S180荷瘤小鼠溶血素试验、小鼠肝癌瘤株NK细胞活性试验,观察抗癌方对S180荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、S180荷瘤小鼠溶血素、C57小鼠肝癌瘤株NK细胞活性的影响。结果抗癌方能够增强荷瘤小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬功能,促进荷瘤小鼠溶血素抗体生成,增强小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性。结论抗癌方可显著提高荷瘤小鼠免疫功能,增强NK细胞活性是其可能机制之一。
Objective To observe the immune effects of anticancer prescription effective parts on tumor-bearing mice.Methods To observe anticancer prescription effective parts effects on immune function of tumor-bearing mice,by the macrophage phagocytic function of S180tumor-bearing mice in experiment of peritoneal,S180tumor-bearing mice hemolysin test,C57 mice liver cancer tumor strains of NK cell activity test. Results Anticancer prescription effective parts can enhance the phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial cells in tumor-bearing mice. To promote the formation of hemolysin antibody in tumor-bearing mice,enhance NK cell activity of spleen in tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion Anticancer prescription significantly improving the immune function of tumor-bearing mice and promoting the activity of NK cell is one of the possible mechanisms.
