芝麻素对H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠抑癌作用的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究芝麻提取物芝麻素对H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠的抑癌作用及其对荷瘤小鼠白细胞的影响。方法:将移植H22肝癌瘤株的昆明种小鼠分成:模型组(生理盐水)、环磷酰胺组(0.2g/L)、芝麻素高浓度组(15g/L)、芝麻素低浓度组(1.5g/L);末次用药第2天取小鼠尾血,计数白细胞;处死小鼠剥瘤称质量,计算抑瘤率。结果:(1)瘤质量芝麻素高浓度组与模型组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),芝麻素低浓度组瘤质量较模型组、芝麻素高浓度组均降低(P<0.05),但仍比环磷酰胺组高(P<0.05)。(2)抑瘤率芝麻素低浓度组抑瘤率高于高浓度组,但仍低于环磷酰胺组。(3)白细胞模型组较正常组高(P<0.01),环磷酰胺组较正常组低(P<0.01),芝麻素高浓度组和低浓度组与正常组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均比环磷酰胺组白细胞高(P<0.01)。结论:芝麻素对小鼠H22肝癌有一定的防治作用,低浓度比高浓度有效;其对肝癌的直接治疗效果不如环磷酰胺明显,但其毒性小于环磷酰胺。 Objective: To investigate the antitumor inhibitory effect of sesamin on H22 hepatoma-bearing mice and its affection on the number of leukocyte. Methods: Sisty-four mice embedded with H22 hepatoma were equally divided into 4 groups which included model group (saline), cyclophosphamide group (0.2 g/L), igh concentration sesamin group (15 g/L), and low concentration sesamin group (1.5 g/L). On the next day of stopping administration,tail blood of all mice were collected for counting leukocyt,tumors were isolated and weighted. The inhibition rate of tumor was calculated. Results: (1)Tumor weight,Tumor weight in high concentration sesamin group had no difference compared with those in model group(P 〉 0.05). Tumor weight in low concentration sesamin group was lower than those in model group(P 〈 0.05), and was higher than those in cyclophosphamide group (P 〈 0.05). (2)Inhibition rate of tumor,The inhibition rate of tumor in low concentration sesamin group was higher than that in high concentration sesamin group(P 〈 0.05), and it was lower than that in cyclophosphamide group (P 〈 0.05). (3)Leukocyte,The number of leukocyte in model group was higher than that in normal group (P 〈 0.01 ). The number of leukocyte in cyclophosphamide group was lower than that in normal group (P 〈 0.01 ). The number of leukocyte in high and low concentration sesamin group had no difference compared with that in normal group (P 〉 0.05),and was higher than that in cyclophosphamide group P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Sesamin has prevention and cure action on H22 Hepatoma. The action of low concentration sesamin was higher than that of high concentration sesamin,and lower than cyclophosphamide. The toxicity of sesamin was smaller than that of cyclophosphamide.
