九龙虫黄酮提取工艺及抗氧化特性 被引量:1

Extracting process and antioxidation character of flavonoids from Martianus dermestoids

摘要 为了考察九龙虫黄酮资源的可利用性,先后采用单因素及响应面实验法对九龙虫黄酮提取工艺进行了探究,分析了提取溶剂、料液比、提取时间及浸提温度4个因素对九龙虫黄酮提取率的影响,并通过优化确定了最佳的提取工艺条件:浓度52.6%的乙醇为提取溶剂,温度82℃,料液比1:15,提取时间2 h。在此条件下,九龙虫黄酮提取率可以达到(49.65±0.46)mg/g,远高于其他动物源黄酮提取率,并与多数植物源黄酮提取率相接近;此外,九龙虫黄酮抗氧化试验结果显示,九龙虫黄酮对羟自由基及超氧负离子表现出极强的清除效果,并显著高于其他动植物源黄酮提取物。研究结果表明,九龙虫作为动物源黄酮资源具有较好的可开发性。 To explore the flavonoids resource of Martianus dermestoids, the extraction process conditions of flavonoids from Martianus dermestoids, including extraction solvent, ratio of material to solvent, extraction time and temperature were investigated by single factor and response surface methodology. After optimization, the optimum extracting process conditions were obtained: ethanol concentration 52.6%, ratio of material to solvent (m:v) 1:15, temperature 82 ℃, extraction time 2 h. Under these optimized conditions, the extraction rate of flavonoids from Martianus dermestoids could reach to (49.65±0.46)mg/g, which was much higher than that of other animal sources. Antioxidation experiments indicated that flavonoids from Martianus dermestoids had good scavenging effects on superoxide anion and hydroxyl radicals. These results showed that Martianus dermestoids was superior raw material for the preparation of flavonoids from animal source.
