摘要
目的对复方葛根桂枝口服液的水提工艺进行研究。方法以葛根素提取量和干膏得率为考察指标,采用正交试验优选复方葛根桂枝口服液的最佳水提工艺。结果水提最佳工艺为:12倍水,提取3次,每次1h;结论所得复方葛根桂枝口服液的水提工艺简单稳定,对复方葛根桂枝口服液的生产工艺具有一定的指导和参考意义。
OBJECTIVE To study the water extracting technology of Gegen-Guizhi Compound oral liquid.METHODS The orthogonal test was performed with the index of Puerarin and dry extract contents as the evaluation indexes to study the water extracting technology of Gegen-Guizhi Compound oral liquid.RESULTS The optimal extraction conditions were as follows：12 times amount of water , extraction for 3 times and 1 hour for each time.CONCLUSION The method is simple and steady ,which will supply instruction and reference to the production of Gegen-Guizhi Compound Oral Liquid.
