高敏C反应蛋白水平与脑出血病情严重程度相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨脑出血患者的hs-CRP水平与其病情严重程度的相关性。方法选取我院2014年5月~2015年5月神经内科监护室收治的56例脑出血患者作为研究对象,并根据APACHEⅡ评分分为轻症、中症、重症3组;56例门诊体检的健康者作为对照组,监测血清中hs-CRP含量,根据临床资料和统计分析评价其与病情严重程度的关系。结果脑出血患者的hs-CRP水平(8.43±2.25)mg/L明显高于对照组(1.25±0.86)mg/L,P=0.008;轻症组(2.60±0.59)mg/L、中症组(5.70±2.19)mg/L及重症组(12.78±3.93)mg/L的hs-CRP水平随病情严重程度的加重而升高,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论hs-CRP水平可以有效地预测脑出血患者病情严重程度。 Objective To study the correlation between hs-CRP and severity of intracranial hemorrhage. Methods 56 intracranial hemorrhage patients were assigned into 3 groups from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital by APACHEⅡ score,a total of 56 healthy subjects were enrolled as healthy control group, hs-CRP levels were measured,then the correlation between hs-CRP and severity of intracranial hemorrhage were analyzed. Results The level of hs-CRP in intracranial hemorrhage (8.43±2.25)mg/L was higher than that in healthy control group (1.25±0.86)mg/L,P=0.008;and the the levels of the mild group (2.60±0.59)mg/L,the middle group (5.70±2.19)mg/L and the severe group (12.78±3.93)mg/L got higher with the severity of intracranial hemorrhage (P〈0.05). Conclusion The level of hs-CRP can pre- dict the severity of intracranial hemorrhage efficiently.
