摘要
为了解决并进一步研究盾构在基岩破碎带或上软下硬等不良地层中掘进时易出现的问题和盾构设备的适应性问题,针对广深港客运专线狮子洋隧道和长株潭城际铁路湘江隧道2个不同的工程项目和盾构形式,在硬岩地层掘进中出现的坍塌受阻情况和处理技术方案进行了阐述和总结。分析2个工程的地层特点、掘进时采取的措施和施工中存在的问题,论证泥水和土压平衡2种盾构在相关不良地层中的适应性和掘进技术的观点,并对双模盾构和常压刀盘的应用提出了质疑和建议,以期对今后类似工程的盾构选型和掘进施工有一定的借鉴意义。
Nowadays, shield tunneling in fractured bed rock zones and upper-soft lower-hard ground is widely dis- cussed. In the paper, two project cases, i. c. , Shiziyang tunnel on Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed railway and Xiangjiang river-crossing tunnel on Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan intercity high-speed railway are studied, with the geological conditions of these two tunnels, problems occurring during tunneling and countermeasures taken analyzed. The adaptability of EPB shield and slurry shield to such unfavorable geological conditions is analyzed, and recommenda- tions are made on the application of dual-mode shield and cutting tool replacement under atmospheric conditions. The paper can provide reference for similar project in the future.
