摘要
本研究结合深圳市轨道交通4号线三期工程主体工程观澜湖站—牛湖站区间实体工程盾构法施工程序,通过工程重叠段盾构施工过程,从掘进前的预处理,到掘进过程严格控制,采取掘进多次监测等一系列过程控制,施工质量安全、进度整体可控。最终,顺利完成了重叠段的掘进施工,施工后对出入线影响较小,可为后续类似施工提供经验借鉴和参考。
This paper combines the shield method construction procedure of Guanlanhu station niuhu station interval entity project of phase III project of Shenzhen rail transit line 4,through the shield construction process of overlapping section of the project,from pre-treatment before excavation to strict control during excavation,and a series of process control such as frequent monitoring during excavation,the construction quality,safety and progress can be controlled as a whole.Finally,the excavation construction of the overlapping section is completed successfully,which has little impact on the access line after construction,and can provide experience and reference for the similar construction in the future.
