摘要
为探明川黄柏及关黄柏中脂肪酸的组成与差异,对提取的脂肪酸进行甲酯化,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对脂肪酸甲酯进行分离鉴定。结果表明:从川黄柏和关黄柏中各分离出65种和14种成分,分别鉴定出其中的53种和14种。其中,川黄柏脂肪酸主要含有反亚油酸(16.059%)、亚油酸(14.232%)、油酸(13.354%)和棕榈酸(7.528%);关黄柏脂肪酸主要含有亚油酸(62.047%)、油酸(6.905%)、亚麻酸(6.283%)和棕榈酸(2.959%)。
The fatty acid methyl ester of extracts from P. hinense and P. arnurense was isolated and identified by GC-MS to explore composition and difference of fatty acid in P. hinense and P. amurense. 65 and 14 components were isolated from P. chinense and P. murense respectively. 53 and 14 components were identified separately. The fatty acid of P. chinense mainly contains linolelaidic acid (16. 059%), jinoleic acid (14. 232%), oleic acid (13. 354%) and hexadecanoic acid (7. 528%). The fatty acid of P. amurense mainly contains linoleic acid (62. 047%), oleic acid (6. 905%), linolenic acid (6. 283%) and hexadecanOIC acid (2_.959 %).
