摘要
目的:探讨中药外洗联合耳穴压豆治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效。方法104例湿疹患儿随机分为两组,观察组52例采用中药湿疹方外洗联合耳穴压豆法治疗,对照组52例采用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏外用,两组疗程均为2 w。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为94.2%、73.1%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.004)。治疗2个月后,观察组和对照组复发率分别为12.2%、52.6%,观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.66,P<0.001)。结论中药外洗联合耳穴压豆治疗婴儿湿疹安全有效,复发率低,值得临床推广。
ObjectiveTo study clinical effect on the infantile eczema with external washing of Traditional Chinese Medicine and auricular seed-pressing therapy.Methods104 cases with infantile eczema were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group consisted of 52 cases was treated with external washing of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined auricular seed-pressing therapy.Control group consisted of 52 cases was treated with Butyl Flufenamate Ointment.The course of treatment of the two groups lasted two weeks.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group and control group were 94.2%,73.1%respectively,and there are significant difference(P=0.004).Following up after treatment in two month,the recurrence rate of observation group and control group were 12.2%,52.6%respectively.The recurrence rate of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=16.66,P<0.001).ConclusionExternal washing of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined auricular seed-pressing therapy to treat infantile eczema is safe and effective,the recurrence rate is low.Thus the therapy is worthy of recommendation in clinical practice.
