摘要
针对某车型尾门内板在拉深成形过程中出现的起皱与开裂缺陷,介绍了其产生原因,提出了优化拉深筋参数以加大进料阻力的解决方法,并采用Autoform模拟软件准确预测制件成形缺陷,指导拉深模工艺切口的布局优化,改善局部板料的流动。生产实践表明,基于工艺切口的优化设计可有效控制制件起皱与开裂,可为类似汽车覆盖件冲模设计与冲压工艺提供参考。
In order to solve the wrinkling and cracking problem of the automobile inner plate of tail gate in the drawing process, the course of it was introduced and a method that increase the flow resistance to optimized the process parameters of draw bead was presented. Then the forming defect of the parts was predicted by Autoform software, which could guide the layout optimization of the process incision and improve the flow of partial sheet metal. The actual production verified that the wrinkling and cracking of the parts could be controlled effectively by optimizing the process incision. And it could pro- vide reference for the similar die design and stamping process of the automobile cover panel.
