摘要
本文以系统协同分析为基础,通过财政支农与金融支农的相互作用,构建财政支农与金融支农复合系统协同模型,并以我国1991-2013年的财政金融支农相关数据,研究财政支农与金融支农的协同演化过程。实证结果表明:财政支农子系统有序度整体呈上升趋势;金融支农子系统有序度波动较大;财政支农与金融支农复合系统协同度太低,财政支农与金融支农没有形成良好的协同发展机制。
Based on the analysis of system coordination, this paper constructs the synergy model of the complex system through the interaction of fiscal support for agriculture and financial support for agriculture and uses the data of fiscal sup- port and financial support from 1991 to 2013 to study the process of the synergy development. The results show that there is a rising trend of the order degree of fiscal support system, while the order degree of financial support system shows a big fluctuation; the coordinating degree of the composite system is too low, which means that they have not formed a good synergy development mechanism.
