摘要
使用Solidworks三维软件对活塞支架及浇注、溢流系统进行三维建模。采用软件Pro CAST对其初始的压铸工艺参数进行了数值模拟。对充型及凝固过程分析后发现,铸件缩孔缺陷比较严重,进而对其工艺参数进行优化,确定了成形工艺参数,获得了满意的结果。
3D model of piston bracket, the pouring and overflow system was established by using the Solidworks software. Its initial process parameters of die casting were numerically simulated by using software Pro CAST. After analyzing filling and solidification process, it is found that the casting shrinkage cavity defects are more serious. Thus the process parameters were optimized and forming process parameters were determined, which obtained satisfactory results.
