摘要
采用有限元方法及有限元分析软件ANSYS ,对生产中实际铸件进行凝固过程数值模拟 ,得出铸件随时间变化的温度场。在此基础上采用新山判据 ,并结合所开发的软件 ,判断出铸件可能出现缩孔和缩松的部位 ,为工程技术人员提供了一种简便的判断方法 。
By adopting finite element method and finite element analytic software ANSYS, the numerical simulation of solidifying process had been carried out on the actual castings in production, and obtained the temperature field, which varies alone with time, of castings. Take this as a base; adopting the Xinshan criterion and combining with the developed software, the positions of shrinkage cavities and slacks that may occur in the castings can be judged out. It provided a kind of easy and simple judging method for engineering technicians, and at the same time provided a theoretic basis for improving the foundry technological design.
