摘要
师德是一个教师所具备的灵魂,高校教师的师德师风是大学精神的承载,是高校得以生存与发展的根本。高校的师德师风建设是一个从未间断过的话题,我国的高校师德师风建设已经取得了一定的成就,但是依旧存在着一些问题。本文对我国高校师德师风建设的现状及问题进行了分析,提出了高校师德师风建设的思路与措施。
Teachers＇ ethics is the soul of a teacher, the ethics of college teachers is the carrier of college spirit, as well as the basis for the survival and development of colleges. Teachers＇ ethics construction in colleges is a topic that has never stopped. Teachers＇ ethics construction in China＇s colleges has achieved certain results, but there are still some problems. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of teachers＇ ethics construction in China＇s colleges, and proposes corresponding ideas and measures.
