摘要
在社会急剧转型期和市场经济环境下,中国部分大学受工具理性主义的冲击,大学精神出现失落危机。大学精神是建构社会主义和谐校园的深层驱动力,它具有"黏合剂"、"内燃机"、"调控器"、"助推器"的作用。要提高和谐校园的文化自觉,重塑以和谐为价值取向的大学精神,一是着眼人文关怀,在科学精神和人文精神的交融中,促进人的综合素质的全面提高;二是崇尚学术自由,在追求真理与适应社会的互动中,促进学校各项事业可持续协调发展;三是提倡兼容并包,在铸造群体基本的核心价值观与尊重个体主体性的有机结合中,营造宽容、宽松、宽厚的和谐氛围。
In the context of drastic social transformation and market economy,most universities in China experienced a shock of instrumental rationalism,resulting in a crisis of the loss of university spirit.University spirit,serving as a adhesive,a gas engine,a regulator,and a booster,is the fundamental driving force to build harmonious campuses.To enhance cultural consciousness in building harmonious campuses and rebuild university spirit oriented towards harmony,efforts should be made in the following aspects.First...
