摘要
师德师风建设是师资队伍建设的重点,良好的师德师风是做好教学工作、培养高素质人才的必备条件。高职青年教师师德师风建设方面存在诸多问题,学校应从制定和落实师德师风建设政策、开展培养培训工作及建立完善的监督和评价机制等方面切实做好这项工作,以师德师风建设促教风、学风和校风,促学校持续、健康的发展。
Morals are the key point of faculty cultivation. Favorable morals are a prerequisite of doing a good job and cultivating high-quality talents. In view of the various problems of the construction of young teachers' morals in higher vocational colleges, colleges should make and carry out effective policies, launch training programs as well as establish perfect supervision and evaluation mechanism to promote the cultivation of young teachers' morals and development of the college.
