摘要
企业、高校、科研机构在产学研合作教育中资源整合缺乏合力,高校人才输出缺乏对行业需求的响应。研究产学研合作教育应用型人才培养的现有模式及内在机理,发掘行业协会的专业能力标准体系作用及创新型产学研合作教育模式。以天津理工大学工程造价专业应用型人才培养为例,系统阐述其与国内外行业协会合作,藉由专业认证、执业资格考试及终身教育的产学研合作教育创新,为高校深化产学研合作教育、提高应用型人才培养质量提供借鉴。
The connection and cooperation among Industries, Universities and Research Organizations are less stimulated for the present Cooperative Education in China. Based on the analysis on the most typical models of present Cooperative Ed- ucation and the internal mechanisms for practical professional cultivation, this paper explored the professional competence standards as the grounds for associations to cultivate practical professional jointly, revealed the linkage roles of it, finally built the innovative Cooperative Education model. Exemplified by real practice of cost engineering specialty in Tianjin Uni- versity of Technology （TJUT）, this study expatiated how cooperation was formed, and how Professional Accreditation, Qualification Examination and BCD Education played their parts in the newly built Cooperative Education model, to provide guidance for advancing Cooperative Education and for improving the quality of practical professionals.
