摘要
对校企科研院所在产学研合作过程存在的问题,冶金专业创新型人才培养过程的问题进行了分析总结,从优化教学大纲,完善专业课程体系,提升教师实践能力与科研创新能力,优化产学研合作模式,搭建平台等方面,提出了产学研合作背景下冶金工程专业创新型人才培养举措。
Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating science,technology and innovation talents,and can promote regional economic development.This article analyzes and summarizes the problems in the process of industry-university-research cooperation in school-enterprise scientific research institutes,and the problems in the process of cultivating innovative talents in metallurgical majors.In response to these problems,optimizing the syllabus,perfecting the professional curriculum system,and improving teachers’practical ability and scientific research innovation In terms of ability,optimization of industry-university-research cooperation model,building platforms,etc.,measures for the cultivation of innovative talents in metallurgical engineering under the background of industry-university-research cooperation are proposed.
