生物沥青结合料的制备工艺及性能评价 被引量:11

Preparation technology and performance evaluation of bio-asphalt binders

摘要 为了研究生物沥青的制备工艺和基本性能,利用正交设计法研究不同因素(制备温度、拌和时间、重油掺量)对生物沥青性质的影响,并对生物重油掺量质量分数为20%、30%、40%和50%的生物沥青的针入度等级性能进行评价。研究表明:随着重油掺量的增加,生物沥青的针入度、软化点、延度值变化趋势分别为增大、降低、增大,而短期老化后,呈相反趋势;表观黏度随重油掺量的增加而减小;在高温条件下,生物沥青出现"剪切稀化"现象。 In order to study the preparation process and basic performance of bio-asphalt,orthogonal design method was used to study the effect of different factors including preparation temperature,mixing time and biological heavy oil content on the proper-ties of bio-asphalt.The performance of penetration grade bitumen with different contents(20%,30%,40% and 50%)of biologi-cal heavy oil were evaluated.The results show that the penetration of bio-asphalt is increased,the softening point of bio-asphalt is decreased and the ductility of bio-asphalt is increased with the increase of bio oil content.However,the tendencies are opposite after short-term aging.Apparent viscosity decreases with the increase of bio oil content.At high temperature,bio-asphalt binder appears the phenomenon of shear thinning.
