再生剂对老化沥青性能的影响研究 被引量:8

The influence of rejuvenation agents on properties of aged asphalt

摘要 废旧沥青混合料在利用过程中需加入再生剂以保证其路用性能,将再生剂按不同掺量掺入2种抽提获得的老化沥青中,测试再生剂对老化沥青基本物理性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明:掺入再生剂后,老化沥青的针入度、延度增大,软化点降低,以恢复未老化改性沥青指标为标准,确定再生剂的最佳掺量为4%;再生剂可显著改善老化沥青的施工和易性与低温抗裂性,但降低老化沥青的高温稳定性。 In the use of waste asphalt mixture,recycling agent shall be added to ensure its road performance.The recycling agent was mixed into two kinds of aged asphalt to test the basic physical properties and rheological properties of the asphalt.The results show that the penetration and ductility of aged asphalt increase while softening point decreases with the addition of recycling agent.The optimum dosage of recycling agent is 4%according to the index of unaged modified asphalt.The workability and low temperature crack resistance of aging asphalt are improved significantly after adding recycling agent,but the stable at high temperature of aged asphalt is damaged.
