摘要
与传统医用材料如聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、橡胶等材料相比,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体具有更优良的生物稳定性、生物相容性及物理机械性能,因而在医学领域中得到了更为广泛的应用。对其在水凝胶、薄膜、改性应用方面进行了简单介绍,并指出医用聚氨酯弹性体今后的发展方向,以促进对聚氨酯弹性体微观相结构的控制以及对其进行共混改性以提高其生物相容性。
Contrast to the traditional medical materials such as PE,PVC,PP,rubbers,etc.,the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer has been widely used in medical fields for its biocompatibility,biostability and mechanical properties.Its applications in hydrogel,film and its modification are introduced,and its development direction is pointed out to promote its biocompatibility by controlling microstructure and modification.
