摘要
文章在分析总结国内外高校临床医学实践教学的教学理念、教学模式和改革趋势的基础上,以健康管理学科的临床实习为例,对临床实践环节中普遍存在的问题进行了分析。对如何提高医学实践内容的可操作性、增强理论实践结合等相关问题进行了论述。为了给学生创造更多的学习机会,提出了"互联网+临床医学实践"的模拟教学与现场实践教学相结合的改革新思路,将临床医学实践各环节的相关实习内容与互联网相结合,充分发挥"互联网+"的功能,使资源在一定的范围内共享,以克服各种影响临床实习效果的实际问题,提高临床实践教学质量和实习效果。
This article gives a breakdown of the current situation of clinical practice teaching in uni- versities at home and abroad. The reform trends of clinical practice have been summarized into five basic elements the concept, contents, models, teaching methods and supervision methods. Some hot issues relating to clinical practice have also been discussed. Taking the health management discipline as an example, the article analyzed some common problems existing in clinical practice, and also some related problems such as how to improve the operability of medical practice contents and how to combine theory with practice. In order to create more learning opportunities for students, the idea of ＂Internet ＋ clinical practice＂, combining simulation teaching with field practice teach- ing, has been proposed. This idea aims to combine the Internet with contents of clinical practice, fully realize ＂Internet ＋ ＂ functions, share resources within a certain range, and solve problems which may lead a negative effect on internship.
