摘要
优秀传统文化是塑造中华民族性格的基因,其所蕴含的丰富道德内容,是提升大学生道德品质、对大学生进行价值观教育的重要资源。经典阅读是对大学生进行传统文化教育的重要渠道;同时,也应重视营造良好的文化氛围,注重教育形式的多样化。师资队伍是教育取得成效的关键,要采取切实有效的措施提升师资的传统文化素养。
The excellent traditional culture is the gene to shape the national character of the Chinese. Rich moral contents it con- tains are important resources to enhance the moral quality of the university students and strengthen value education of the university student. Classic reading is an important channel to carry out the traditional culture education for university students. At the same time, attention should also be paid to create a good cultural atmosphere and diversify the education forms. Teacher is the key to successful education. Effective measures must be taken to improve teachers＇ cultivation of traditional culture.
