摘要
良好的工作作风是中国共产党的立足之基,是中国共产党得以发展壮大的常青之本,苏区干部的好作风是中国共产党作风建设之路中的一个成功典范。通过对经典著作中关于党员干部工作作风的理论追溯,结合苏区干部好作风形成的历史背景和丰富内涵,发掘苏区干部好作风的新时代价值,力求创造新时代的一流工作。
Fine work style is the foundation of Chinese Communist Party and the reason why it can continue to develop for such a long time.The fine work style of cadres in the Soviet area is a good example of the successful work style construction of CPC.Through tracing the theories of the working style of party members and cadres in classic works,and combining it with the historical background and rich essence fostered in the fine work style of cadres in the Soviet area,this article targets to study the value of fine work style of cadres in Soviet areas in the new era,making its full efforts to create first-rank work of the new era.
