摘要
研究不同浓度二氧化氯(Cl O2)对土壤和水体中香蕉枯萎病菌小型分生孢子和水体中香蕉细菌性软腐病菌的杀灭效果,为控制香蕉枯萎病和软腐病的传播提供依据。通过统计分析消毒前后镰刀菌孢子和细菌的数量发现:3 mg/L以上Cl O2可将待测镰刀菌孢子100%杀灭;20 mg/L的Cl O2淹土不能100%杀死土样中的镰刀菌孢子;800 mg/L以上Cl O2浇灌粉蕉根系周边的土壤可有效减少镰刀菌数量,高于1 500 mg/L Cl O2消毒液可将土壤中镰刀菌100%杀灭。二氧化氯消毒显著降低土壤中细菌的数量,显著增加土壤真菌的数量,并明显减少土壤细菌和真菌的种类。5 mg/L的Cl O2可将水体中香蕉细菌性软腐病菌100%杀灭。研究结果表明,高于5 mg/L的Cl O2进行水体消毒可有效预防枯萎病和软腐病通过水源传播,对发病蕉穴土壤的消毒可以使用1 500 mg/L以上的Cl O2处理以达到清除病原的目的。
This paper tested the disinfection effect of chlorine dioxide (C102)on microconidia of banana fusarium wilt pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense (FOCO09gfp strain) and banana soft rot bacteria Diekeya zeae in aquatic and soil environments, to provide the basis for the prevention of spreading of banana fusarium wilt and banana soft rot. The results showed that, 3 mg/L C102 could kill all microconidia of FOC009gfp in aquatic bioassay system, but 20 mg/L C102 could not kill all the microconidia of FOCO09gfp in soil bioassay system. Pouring around the drawf banana root soil with higher than 800 mg/L C102 could kill soil fusarum efficiently, but only the concentration higher than 1 500 mg/L C102 could kill all the fusarium in soil. C102 disinfection could increase the amount of bacterium and fungi in soil significantly, but decrease the species of bacteria and fungi. 5 mg/L C102 could kill all D. zeae in aquatic bioassay system. The results indicated that higher than 5 mg/L C102 could be used to disinfect water and prevent the tested pathogen spreading from water, but disinfecting the soil infected by fusarium wilt pathogen needed C102 concentraion of higher than 1 500 mg/L.
