摘要
目的观察一种稳定二氧化氯消毒液的杀菌效果及毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验对其进行了实验研究。结果用含二氧化氯29 mg/L的该消毒液对悬液内大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用2.5m in,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值>4.00。用含二氧化氯38 mg/L的该消毒液进行擦拭消毒作用5 m in,对桌面、台面、门、推车等表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为1.29。该消毒液最高使用浓度的5倍浓度溶液对小鼠的急性经口毒性LD50大于20 000 mg/kg(体重);对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验阴性。结论该稳定二氧化氯消毒液具有较好杀菌效果,属实际无毒级。
Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a stable chlorine dioxide disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test methods were used to carry out experimental study. Results The average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 29 mg/L for 2.5 min were 〉 5. 00;the average killing logarithm value of Candida albicans was 〉 4.00. Wiping disinfection with the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 38 mg/L on the surface of table, counter, doors, and carts with a contact time of 5 min killed the natural bacteria by a logarithm value 〉 1.29 in average. The mouse acute oral toxicity LD50 of the disinfectant at the concentration 5 times the applied concentration was greater than 20000 mg/kg · bw. Mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. Conclusions The stable chlorine dioxide disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy, and is actually non -toxic.
