摘要
目的：探讨子宫背带式缝合治疗剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力出血的临床疗效。方法选择2011年10月～2014年2月我院收治的50例常规止血无效的剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力出血患者作为研究对象，分为实验组和对照组，实验组采用子宫背带式缝合治疗，对照组采用宫腔纱条填塞术治疗，比较两组患者出血量、住院时间、手术时间和产褥病发生率。结果实验组出血量、住院时间以及手术时间均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组产褥病发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论子宫背带式缝合治疗剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力止血效果良好，且可降低出血量，缩短手术时间和住院时间。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of strap-uterine suture for intractable postpartum uterine atony hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods 50 cases of patients with intractable postpartum uterine atony hemorrhage from October 2011 to February 2014 in our hospital were chosen to research,and were divided into control group and experimental group.Experimental group were treated with strap-uterine,control group were treated with cavity ribbon gauze packing.The amount of bleeding, hospitalization time,operation time and the incidence of puerperal disease between two group were compared. Results The amount of bleeding,hospitalization time,operation time of experimental group were lower than control group,difference was statistically difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence of puerperal of experimental group was less than control group,difference was statistically difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Strap-uterine suture could achieve good effect in the treatment of intractable postpartum uterine atony hemorrhage,and can reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time.
