摘要
目的探讨子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果及对产妇凝血功能的影响。方法120例剖宫产产后出血产妇按照止血方式的不同分为实验组(子宫背带式缝合术)和对照组(宫腔纱布填塞术),比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、止血成功率、术后并发症发生率及凝血功能。结果实验组的手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,止血成功率高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1d,实验组的PT、APTT、FIB均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血可显著缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量和术后并发症发生率,提高止血成功率,改善产妇凝血功能。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of uterine strap suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section and its impact on maternal coagulation function.Methods 120 cases of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section were divided into the experimental group(uterine strap suture)and the control group(uterine gauze packing)according to different hemostasis methods.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss amount,success rate of hemostasis,incidence of postoperative complications and coagulation function were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss amount was less than that of the control group,the success rate of hemostasis was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).1 day after surgery,PT,APTT and FIB in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Uterine strap suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss amount and the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the success rate of hemostasis,and improve maternal coagulation function.
