Research progress of the Bcl- 2 gene family

摘要 Bcl-2家族蛋白是细胞凋亡的关键调节分子,线粒体、内质网等在细胞凋亡的过程中扮演着重要的角色,Bcl-2家族蛋白可直接或间接作用于线粒体来发挥它们的相应功能。Bcl-2基因家族在缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)中也有着独特的地位。而且Bcl-2家族的表达和调控对肿瘤细胞凋亡也具有较大的影响,如何调控Bcl-2家族成员的表达和表达后的针对性治疗,成为今后研究的一个方向。本文对Bcl-2目前的研究进展作一综述。 Bc1 -2 family proteins are key regulatory molecules of apoptosis. Mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum etc. play important roles in the process of apoptosis. Bcl - 2 family proteins can have direct or indirect effects on mitochondria to play its function. Bc1-2 gene family has also a unique role in ischemia- reperfusion injury (IRI). The expression and regulation of Bcl - 2 family has great influence on tumor cell apoptosis. How to regulate the expression of Bcl - 2 family members and the expression - related target therapy have become a direction of future research. This article summarizes the present research progress.
