摘要
在收入差距比较大、人口年龄结构处于快速人口老龄化的时期,养老金的代际和代内收入差距对总体收入差距的影响将越来越突出。使用基于回归的不平等指数分解方法,对该问题作了研究。目前养老金代际间的收入差距不是主要矛盾,但是随着人口老龄化的加剧,代际间再分配矛盾将会凸显,同时,养老金代内收入差距形成的制度根源除了身份因素之外,地区、行业、退休前工资等因素也对养老金收入差距产生很大影响,并且通过制度的再分配机制加大了养老金收入差距。以地区为基础的企业退休人员养老金的连续增长实际上加大了养老金收入的差距。
It is important more and more to engage in study on the pensions inequality in an ag- ing and an inequality society, with the method of Theil index based on the regression, this paper find that inter- generation between elders and younger and intra- generation among the elders income inequality will play an important role in the total income distribution, and now the fac- tors which enlarge the pensions income gap are region, industry and income before retirement besides the identity. Redistribution effect of the pensions system is not contributed to induce theinequality. The pension＇ s incensement continuity ten years aggravates the pension＇ s income gap.
