摘要
目的分析年轻患者乳腺癌保留乳房治疗局部复发情况及其影响因素。方法采用自编问卷收集本院乳腺外科2008年1月~2011年10月收治的375例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,并采用门诊随访和电话随访等完成为期3年的随访,通过分析乳腺癌患者的临床资料了解保留乳房治疗局部复发情况及其影响因素。结果乳腺癌保留乳房治疗局部复发率为14.40%,年龄≥35岁、手术切缘≥2 mm、淋巴结转移是患者保乳术后局部复发的危险因素,术后规范放化疗是患者保乳术后局部复发的保护因素。结论乳腺癌保留乳房治疗局部复发率仍较高,其局部复发受多方面因素影响,应采取针对性的预防干预措施来降低患者术后局部复发率,改善患者预后。
Objective To analyze local recurrence and its influencing factor analysis on young breast cancer by breast conservation therapy. Methods Clinical data of 375 patients with breast cancer treated in breast surgery department of our hospital from January 2008 to October 2011 were collected by self-made questionnaire,the outpatient follow-up and telephone follow-up for 3 years were used for follow-up.The clinical data of breast cancer patients were analyzed in order to understandhe local recurrence and its influencing factor analysis on young breast cancer by breast conservation therapy. Results The local recurrence rate of young breast cancer patients by breast conservation therapy was14.40%.Age≥35 years old,operation cut edge≥2 mm,lymph node metastasis were the risk factors of local recurrence in patients after breast conserving surgery.Specification radiation and chemotherapy after surgery was protective factor of the local recurrence on young breast cancer by breast conservation therapy. Conclusion The local recurrence rate of young breast cancer patients by breast conservation therapy is high.Its local recurrence is influenced by various factors,we should take corresponding prevention interventions to reduce the probability of patients with postoperative local recurrence and improve the prognosis of patients.
