摘要
目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒诊断男性乳腺癌的声像图特点及诊断价值。方法:收集在本院行超声检查并经临床证实的男性乳腺疾病患者,对其中7例男性乳腺癌的超声声像图及彩色多普勒进行回顾分析,并与手术穿刺细胞学及病理结果相对照。结果:7例男性乳腺癌超声表现有典型的恶性肿瘤特征,经手术、穿刺细胞学及病理学证实。其中浸润性导管癌6例,髓样癌1例,同时伴腋窝淋巴结转移5例。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声能较直观地显示男性乳腺及其周围结构,获得病变部位肿块的大小、形态、内部回声及彩色血流信息,对男性乳腺癌的诊断有重要价值。
Objective：To evaluate color Doppler sonographic diagnosis of male breast cancer characteristics and diagnostic value.Methods：Ultrasound examination in our hospital and clinically confirmed cases of male breast disease,7 cases of male breast cancer on the sonographic and color doppler were analyzed retrospectively,Puncture cytology with surgical and pathologic results contrast.Results：7 cases of male breast ultrasonography had typical malignant characteristics,After surgery,puncture cytology and pathology confirmed,of which 6 cases of infiltrating ductal carcinoma,medullary carcinoma,1 case,accompanied by an axillary lymph node metastasis in 5 cases.Conclusion：High frequency color doppler ultrasound can more directly display male breast and surrounding structures,access to mass lesion size,shape,internal echo and color flow information,The diagnosis of male breast cancer has important value.
