摘要
从优化实验教学内容、改革实验教学方法与手段和建立开放式实验教学等手段对食品分析实验教学进行改革,取得显著成绩,突出课程的海洋食品特色。
The teaching reform was performed on the optimization of teaching material, improvement of teaching methods and adoption of an open experimental teaching in the Food Analysis experiments. And after the reform, remarkable achievements were achieved and the marine food characteristics of this lesson was more prominent.
