摘要
根据职业教育教学目标的要求,优化课程结构。"海洋食品加工技术"课程内容不能满足当地海洋食品加工的技术要求,必然影响毕业生的就业,也要制约学生创造性和创新能力。该文分析了高职"海洋食品加工技术"课程教学现状以及企业对学生的职业能力要求,探讨了高职"海洋食品加工技术"课程教学方法。
According to the teaching goal of occupation education, our aim is to build a scientific curriculum structure. The course named "The processing technology of Sea food" cannot be closely linked with the processing technology in the local area on the structure, influencing the contact of graduates and enterprises, also lacks of cultivation of creative and innovative ability. This paper analyzes the current situation of the course as well as the occupation ability request from the enterprises, discusses the reform of the structure on this course.
