摘要
《食品微生物学》是一门基础课程,知识点多、连贯性不强,趣味性和实用型内容偏少。为了提高学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的团队意识和协作精神,黄淮学院食品微生物学教学团队采用以赛促学模式,在理论课、实验课、学期集中实践教学活动3个环节设定了不同的比赛项目,来提高个人竞争意识和团队协作精神,激发学生们的创新意识,使学习由被动变为主动,由消极学习变为竞相学习,也使食品微生物学教学取得了较好的效果。
Food Microbiology is a basic course with many knowledge points,weak coherence,less interesting and practical contents.In order to improve students’interest in learning and cultivate team consciousness and cooperation spirit,the teaching team of food microbiology of Huanghuai university had set up different competition items in three links of theory class,experiment class and semester concentrated practice teaching activities,so as to improve individual competition consciousness and team cooperation spirit,stimulate students’Innovation consciousness,and make the learning be promoted by competition The teaching of food microbiology had achieved good results.
