摘要
当前我国社区矫正仍处于低层次发展状态,社区矫正的规模不断扩大,基层司法所的压力不断增加,给预防重新犯罪带来更大压力。为此提高社区矫正工作效果和质量,在预防重新犯罪机制上发挥积极作用的具体策略有:建立统一的刑事执行体系,继续强化社区矫正分类管理,加强社区矫正的惩罚属性,进一步落实教育矫正措施。
The current community correction of our country is still in low level developing stage,the size and pressure of the community correction keep increasing,which has brought greater pressure on prevention of crime. How to improve the effect and quality of community correction work,plays a positive role in preventing crime again in integration mechanism,the specific strategies are as follows： to establish a unified criminal execution system,to continue strengthening classified management of the community correction,to strengthen punishment attributes of community correction,and further implement the correction education activities.
