摘要
2015年我国社区矫正立法研究涉及立法应坚持的原则、科学立法的要求、完善各方面的立法内容等,公检法司协调与制约研究涉及健全衔接体制和监督权单一等问题。尽管2015年这两方面的研究硕果累累,但总体来说仍不够完善,可为未来的研究发展提供较大的空间。
In 2015, the research on legislation of China community correction involves legislative pnnciple, scientific legislative requirements, how to improve all legislative aspects, the related coordination and restriction among the public security organs. Though the research has achieved great improvement in 2015, it is still not perfect, and can provide larger space for the future research and development.
