摘要
当前我国的档案工作表现为向文件形成阶段前移,向知识管理、知识服务深入,与社会发展融合的三维发展趋势。档案现代管理模式正是适应档案工作这一发展趋势而形成的,主要包含超前管理、实体管理、信息管理和知识管理四大板块的内容,其核心是档案知识管理。档案知识管理的实施需要掌握一定的原理与方法并具备一定的实现条件,结合我国档案知识管理的现状,有必要进一步深化档案知识管理,并使之由点到线、面逐渐铺开。
At Present Stage,archives works of our country is on the way to the formation stage of files,becomes increasingly influenced by the concept of knowledge management and highly social integration. Modern management mode of archives is the product of temporal times,consists of four points： knowledge management,which is the core content of modern management mode of archives,advanced management, entities management and information management.Considering the present situation of knowledge management of archives in our country, it is necessary to further the concept of knowledge management gradually in the path of＂point- linesurface＂.
